Terms of Service

To use ClipHub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws

Users must verify ownership of their social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) to participate in campaigns. By verifying your accounts, you confirm that:

• You are the legitimate owner or authorized representative of the linked accounts
• You have the right to publish content on these platforms
• All submitted content and analytics are genuine and unmanipulated
• You will not engage in fraudulent activity or view manipulation

4.1 Submissions: All clip submissions must comply with campaign requirements and community guidelines. Submissions that violate these terms may be rejected without notice.

4.2 Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your content but grant ClipHub and campaign sponsors a license to use, distribute, and promote your submissions.

4.3 Quality Standards: All submissions must meet minimum quality standards including video quality, content relevance, and compliance with platform policies.

4.4 View Tracking: You authorize ClipHub to track views and analytics from your submitted clips for payment calculation purposes.

5.1 Payment Terms: Payments are calculated based on approved clip views at the rate specified in each campaign. Payouts are processed within 3-7 business days after approval.

5.2 Minimum Payout: A minimum balance may be required before requesting a payout, as specified in individual campaigns.

5.3 Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be communicated to users. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5.4 Taxes: Users are responsible for all applicable taxes on earnings. ClipHub may issue tax documents as required by law.

Users are prohibited from:

• Using bots, automation, or artificial means to inflate views or engagement
• Submitting fraudulent or manipulated analytics
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Violating intellectual property rights or platform terms of service
• Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior
• Attempting to exploit or abuse the platform
