How do I join ClipHub?
Click the "Login" button and authenticate with your Discord account. Once logged in, you can start participating in campaigns.
How do I verify my social media accounts?
Go to the Accounts page, link your YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter account, and follow the verification process. You'll need to add a verification code to your account bio temporarily.
What are campaigns?
Campaigns are earning opportunities where you create and submit clips from specified content. Each campaign has specific requirements and pays based on views.
How do I submit clips?
Navigate to an active campaign, click "Submit Clip", provide your video link and analytics proof, and submit for review. Our system automatically tracks your views.
How do I get paid?
Once your submissions are approved and reach the minimum payout threshold, go to the Payouts page and request a payout. Provide your payment method and proof of analytics.
When will I receive my payment?
Payouts are typically processed within 3-7 business days after approval. You'll be notified via Discord when your payout is approved or if additional information is needed.
Why do I need to verify my accounts?
Account verification ensures that submissions are legitimate and prevents fraud. Only verified accounts can participate in campaigns.
My verification is pending. What should I do?
Our system automatically checks pending verifications every 30 minutes. If automatic verification fails, a support ticket will be created for manual review. You can also contact our team via Discord.
My submission was rejected. Why?
Submissions can be rejected for violating campaign requirements, low quality, or fraudulent analytics. Check the rejection reason and contact support if you believe it was a mistake.
I can't log in. What should I do?
Make sure you're using the correct Discord account. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
